How much does this cost?

Setup is project-based depending on intent count and integration complexity. Monthly running costs start from approximately RM150–400/month (Retell + ElevenLabs + phone number) plus per-minute usage. Quoted exactly after the discovery call.

How long does it take to go live?

Typically 2 weeks from the day you hand over the knowledge base. Faster if your business is straightforward and slower if there are complex CRM integrations or multilingual flows.

Will it sound robotic?

No. ElevenLabs voices are indistinguishable from real receptionists for most callers. Custom voice cloning is also available — train it on your own staff's voice for a fully branded experience.

What happens when the agent doesn't know something?

It says so explicitly and offers options: take a message, transfer to a human, or schedule a callback. It never hallucinates pricing or makes up policy answers.

Does it work in Bahasa Malaysia?

Yes — fully bilingual. Demonstrated in the Damansara Children Academy case study, with the agent switching between English and BM mid-call based on caller language.

Can I review what the agent says before going live?
